Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting requirements. Your products will go through an exhaustive inspection and adequately secured before being delivered. Note: Orders with multiple items will have a separate processing time for each item.

Prior to shipment, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.

To be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
